MiliMilu Return and Exchange Policy
At MiliMilu, we want you to love every sustainable fashion piece you buy from us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a simple and transparent return process.
Return Policy Overview
We offer a 14‑day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from your purchase date to request a return.
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging and condition.

Return shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. MiliMilu is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for USA orders.
To start your return, please contact us at linda@milimilu.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send back your item.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We carefully pack and check every order to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Non‑Returnable and Final Sale Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, some items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Swimwear and bikinis for women and kids

Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original tags

Sale items (all sale purchases are final)

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order through www.milimilu.com.
Please note our products are limited-edition sustainable collections, and stock may run out quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize the refund.
Shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable.
Packages returned as Collect on Delivery (COD) will be refused or have the COD cost deducted from your refund.
No refunds are issued on items purchased during sales or marked as final sale.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and return expenses and tax are covered by the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
