We have a 14-day return policy, meaning that you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damages and issue
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We pack and check every item with great care to make sure the items leave our premises in excellent condition.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, for items with no tags or that have been worn, we cannot offer a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer any return or exchange of any swimwear and bikinis for women and kids. If you have questions regarding sizing, please contact us.
We are also unable to accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted and refunded, make a separate purchase for the new item via our website www.milimilu.com. Please note that all our items have limited stock.
We will notify you once we have received and checked your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
N.B. : Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD (Collect on Delivery) may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund.
